How to fit individual dots

1) Fill a spray bottle with a solution of approximately one tea spoon of washing up liquid to half a litre of cold water.

2) Using the solution thoroughly clean the glass removing any dust or particles.

3) Measure and mark the required height of the film. Dots should be placed between 850-1000mm and 1400-1600mm from the floor level.

4) Attach a horizontal line of masking tape to the glass along the marked height.

5) Calculate where you want the dots and mark on the masking tape.

6) Carefully pull the backing paper off revealing the adhesive side of the safety dot.

7) Spray the adhesive side of the safety dot with lots of the solution.

8) Apply to the glass and slide into position.

9) Spray the face of the dot with solution and use a rubber squeegee to squeeze out the solution and any trapped air bubbles.

10) Repeat the process with any other safety dots required.

11) Remove all the masking tape, and wipe up any excess water.

12) Any haziness on the film should have disappeared after four weeks.

13) If the safety dots require cleaning use mild soapy water and dry afterwards. Avoid using any abrasive materials.
